rs265 megane

What suspension in on the  rear of the new megane rs265,in your road test it said its multi-link?,and the car you road test had 19inch wheels.

I don't think the rear end is particularly sophisticated; usually Renault stick with a torsion beam set-up - famosly resulting in diffreent wheelbases on each side of the R5. RenaultSport are pretty good with the spring/damper settings and the front end is very clever. 19" wheels are options, and I would imagine would be fitted on the press cars.

i think you are getting mixed up between torsion bars and torsion beams. One is a spring, the other an axel. the R5 had the former, the Megan has the latter

Yep - you are probably tight; good spot! Though neither are multi-link, which was the point I was trying to make (a la Focus)
