GOAT.

So accross all motorsport, who's your GOAT?

Mine is Valentino Rossi.

Rossi is a good call but I think I have to give my vote to Seb Loeb.

Superb driver!

Where next for him though?

I'd have loved to have seen Loeb drive for another manufacturer other than Citroen.

Yeah, while I believe he is a superb driver I think he would be seen as achieving more if he drove for different teams and kept winning - not that he really needs to prove himself mind!

Good question, I have no idea. I was really disappointed that he didn't take the challenge of going to VW and developing a car with them.

He's beaten everybody the sport has thrown at him. I guess the cars are different to those in which McRae, et al, excelled but in the same modern equipment he beat them fair and square.

I guess the only step-up, if you can call it that, would be into an F1 seat. Maybe it's not for him, though. Would be interesting to see Kimi's expression if he decided to make that move.

Ha Ha, yes - then again does Kimi ever have an expression?

I think you are right though - get him into F1 or even DTM and see what happens.....

I think the organisers and TV rights deals have killed it really. Not Loeb's fault noone can beat him.
