Comparison ?
So the only thing in this comparison that was actually similar was the principle engine configuration being a V8 and the driver. If you want to have a quick bash in each of the cars go ahead and do so, but to call it a comparison. Kept saying it was about the sound, then its about performance, then performance delivery, then power and torque and finally back to sound etc etc. Talk about make your mind up. Given two wonderful cars with a clear track and this is all we get. Not that it actually matters to me I'll never be able to afford either.
Mercedes?.......eh....nope.
Lairy slides and Viking gargling with nails engine sound just doesn't do it,makes the Merc sound like a souped up rep wagon.

After pointing out that the main benefit of the n/a engine was throttle response which is important on a circuit, once he got in the 5.5 turbo there was no mention on how the throttle response compared with the 6.2, all that was mentioned was that it was faster and made the right noise - why was a track needed for that?
@orangewheels
thats a good point! I guess he was happy with the throttle response. It was never gonna be a really accurate review since the cars seem quite different characters (guessing as never driven either alas)

This striking soft-top has brutal performance and awesome grip.
It's good value next to other supercars, and that V8 engine makes a glorious noise.
