Honda's entry-level diesel Honda CR-V 1.6-litre i-DTEC will cost from £22,800 when it arrives in dealerships in October. The mid-range SE model coss £24,660 and flagship SR models sell for £26,880. The 1.6-litre diesel model emits only 119g/km of CO2 and is exempt from road tax for the first year.
Ford has introduced a range-topping Titanium X Sport to add to its Ford Kuga line-up. Available to order now and priced from £28,345 with deliveries expected in October, the Kuga Titanium X Sport adds full sports styling and 19-inch wheels, with options such as rear view camera and park assist coming as standard.
Skoda is now offering customers a 25 per cent discount on Skoda Fabia SE 1.2-litre 68bhp Estate and Hatch models until the end of the year. Prices have dropped from £12,140 to £8,995 for the hatchback and £13,560 down to £9,995 for the Estate. Servicing is included for customers who take out finance.
Volkswagen has launched a final special edition series of the Kombi to commemorate 56 years of production. The Kombi ‘Last Edition’ will feature exclusive two-tone white and blue body paint, nostalgic design characteristics, and each model will be fitted with a numbered identification plaque on the dashboard. Just 600 units will be made.
A £1.3 million Laraki Epitome supercar concept has made its debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The brainchild of California-based yacht and car designer Abdesslam Laraki, the Epitome is powered by a 7-litre, twin-turbocharged V8 producing between 1,001-1,750bhp. Just nine examples will be made.
