The new BMW 5-series has sold out worldwide, with buyers now having to join a four-month waiting list for the car.
“The 5-series is at the core of the BMW brand and we knew it was going to be a very strong vehicle for us," said BMW's sales and marketing director, Ian Robertson.
The new BMW 5-series shares 70 per cent of its technology with the more expensive flagship 7-series, and will be lining up against the new Audi A6 when it arrives next year.

Re: BMW 5-series 'sold out'
Sold out only applies to limit run cars, like the Focus RS, or such like, the only thing BWM have sold out is its soul to the bean counters, ultimate driving machine my arse.
