The Honda Civic is an impressive achievement and a worthy rival to the Volkswagen Golf and Ford Focus, but it isn't quite up to class-leading standards

"At least" the same power as

"At least" the same power as the NSX. Makes me sad.

A winner

Will beat mediocre Golf GTI and Focus ST.

I am particularly interested in weight figure.

It's 0g/km rated as its not

It's 0g/km rated as its not taxed on emissions. You dont have to tax a car on emissions if you use the old pay rate of engine size, 1.5l or under 1 rate and above 1.5l the higher rate.
You need to arrange it with the DVLA to be taxed using the old system. This is what car modifiers do when they do engine conversions and dont want the expense of emissions testing.
