If you’re in the market for a new car, or after the best new-car leasing deal, you can save thousands of pounds with a little research. Here are the picks of what our deals experts have found this week.
Best new car deals
Alongside the Mini Convertible and Fiat 500C, the Citroën DS3 cabriolet offers an enjoyable open-top package for style-conscious motorists. Drive the Deal is currently offering a 1.6 THP DSport Plus model for £19,784, which is a saving of almost £2000 from the list price.
The Volvo V40 offers practical motoring and good value for money, and thanks to its new range of Drive-E engines is an efficient choice, too. Orange Wheels has an offer on a D4 Cross Country SE model for £23,571. That's £3500 under the list price.
Best new car leasing deals
BMW's 1-series has decent interior space and can be a comfortable daily drive. We spotted a good offer from J&R Leasing for a 114i SE model, costing £207 per month on a two-year contract. There's an initial deposit of £1868 to pay, as well as an annual mileage limit of 8000.
The Range Rover Evoque is a stylish SUV which sits alongside rivals including the BMW X3 and Audi Q5. Premium offerings usually carry a premium price, but we spotted a 2.2-litre eD4 Pure model going for £279 per month on Yes Lease. That's on a two-year contract, with a deposit of £2516 and an annual mileage limit of 8000.
Deal of the week
With a new Vauxhall Corsa having just been revealed, it makes sense that prices on the old model are currently tumbling. We found a 1.3-litre CDTi Ecoflex SE model available on Buyacar.co.uk going for just £10,680 – a massive saving of £6320 from the list price, or the equivalent to 37 per cent discount.
