Temporarily repositioned as a cut-price sidekick for its replacement, the new Grande Punto. The previous Punto is a decent enough supermini at the right price but, by class standards, is off the pace in most areas. Clunky facelift didn't do the car any favours and it now looks even worse next to the head-turning Grande Punto.
