Polo, E-class, Prius up for WCOTY

The Toyota Prius, Mercedes E-class and Volkswagen Polo have been shortlisted for the World Car of the Year award.
The three finalists were named by 59 jurors from a shortlist of 30 cars at the Geneva motor show. The winner will be revealed at the New York motor show on 1 April.
In the World Performance Car category, the Audi R8 V10, Ferrari California and Porsche 911 GT3 have all been nominated. The three cars up for the World Green Car award are the Toyota Prius, the Honda Insight and Volkswagen’s Bluemotion range.
For the World Car Design of the Year award the Kia Soul, Citroen C3 Picasso and Chevrolet Camaro have all been nominated.
