Bugatti has launched a special edition Veyron Grand Sport, the Sang Bleu.

Seen for the first time at this weekend’s annual Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in California, the Sang Bleu is the company’s first limited edition of the targa-top version of the Veyron, launched exactly a year ago at the same event.

Only one version of the Sang Bleu will be made, and it’s marked out over ordinary versions by having coloured carbon fibre and aluminium bodywork.

The royal blue colour is, in fact, a specially tinted carbon fibre and the shiny parts are polished aluminium.

It’s also marked out over normal Grand Sports by the body coloured rear airscoops, unique wheel design and a new interior leather trim.

There’s no word on price yet but assume it will set you back more than the £1.14 pre tax price of the standard car of which 20 out of the 150 planned production have now been sold.
