This is the Mazda MX-5 Black & Matte Edition, a one-off design study created as part of the car's 20th birthday celebrations.
The design is the result of a collaboration between Mazda France and Paris design house LK, run by Laure Kczekotowska.

As well as the matt black finish, the car is decorated in jewels including rhinestones, gems, and crystals.
There are no plans to sell the car.
