Ferrari will open its first theme park next year in Abu Dhabi, which will be the largest attraction of its kind in the world.

It will have a red roof spanning 200,000 square metres and will carry the largest Ferrari symbol ever created.

The roof is made from metal and glass which is designed to reduce heat and glare, while the design is inspired by the classic double curve side profile of the Ferrari GT body

The park will have more than 20 state-of-the-art attractions, including the world’s fastest rollercoaster which will hit over 125mph and will rise 62m through the roof and back down again. The rollercoaster is designed to emulate the G-force a Ferrari Formula One driver would experience.

The park is located on Yas Island and is next to the country's new F1 circuit, which hosted its first race over the weekend.
