Lee Noble, founder of the original Noble supercar company which was subsequently sold to a US buyer, has built a prototype for a brand new car of his own design.

The car, which will cost less than £70,000 when it goes on sale, has now been sent to to High-Tech Automotive, the South African low volume manufacturer that built his previous cars.

High-Tech will now build a running test model for evaluation.

The new car, which Noble describes as “affordable but seriously fast” is expected back for road trials in the UK before the year-end.
