Peugeot's 'scooter car' leaks out'

These are the first pictures of the Peugeot BB1, which the company describes as part scooter, part car.
Little information has been released so far - on a teaser page on the internet Peugeot merely says: "Its mother is a scooter. Its father is a car."
The car appears to be a two-door four-seater for city use. The apeparance of solar panels on the roof suggests it could be powered by electricity, or have a hybrid powertrain.
