S5 cabriolet to cost £42,245

Audi’s supercharged S5 cabriolet will cost from £42,245, with deliveries beginning in October.
The drop-top S5 replaces the A4 cabriolet and gets a 329bhp supercharged V6 TFSI in place of the naturally aspirated V8.
A seven-speed S tronic gearbox is standard and the S5 is available with an optional sport differential that varies torque not only between front and rear axles, but also between each rear wheel.
0-62mph arrives in 5.6 seconds and top speed is limited to 155mph, while the S5 returns a combined mpg 29.1 and produces 224g/km of CO2.
The hood opens in 15 seconds and closes in 17, and can complete both operations at speeds of up to 31mph.
