Ferrari will auction off its last-ever F430 to raise money towards rebuilding Abruzzo, an area devastated by an earthquake last month.

The Ferrari F430, which will be sold in this weekend’s RM Auction of Ferraris in Maranello, will feature a two-tone livery which reflects the traditional colours of L’Aquila, the worst affected city by the earthquake.

It will also come with a certificate signed by Ferrari chairman, Luca di Montezemolo along with a dedication plate to account for the donation.

The successful bidder will be invited to Ferrari’s factory in Maranello to choose the Ferrari F430's final specifications. It is expected the car will be equipped with a number of options from Ferrari’s Carrozzeria Scaglietti range.

Ferrari says it will liase with local authorities from the affected region to make sure that the money goes directly to the worst in need.
