Audi is launching a new centenary exhibition at its museum that contains some of the company’s most significant cars.
On display at the Audi Forum Ingolstadt will be a 1911 Audi Type A, the oldest surviving Audi. Powered by a 26hp engine, the Type A on display is the 78th car ever built by the firm.
It will be joined by 12 other historic cars, including a 1923 Type M (the first model made with four-wheel braking) and a 1935 Audi 225 Front Special Roadster (pictured), which will go under the public gaze for the first time since being rebuilt.
The exhibition runs from 11 March to 16 July.
