Infiniti has released a single picture of the new G37 convertible, which will make its debut at the Los Angeles show in November. Sales have only been confirmed for the US market at present, but the pretty open-top is certain to be coming to Europe as part of the brand’s launch strategy.
Based on the current G37 Coupe, the convertible uses a three-piece retractable hardtop and will be powered by the same 316bhp V6 engine. European versions will be likely to use the same seven-speed automatic transmission that Infiniti has developed for Euro-versions of the G37 saloon, and the company has also committed to improving the quality of cabin materials and trim compared to US-spec versions.
