Audi TTS comes in under £34k

Audi has opened the order book on the new go-faster, 268bhp TT – the TTS – today. The coupe version will cost £33,380 – that’s slightly more than a BMW Z4 Coupe 3.0si Sport, but a couple of grand less than a base 2.7-litre Porsche Cayman.
If you’d prefer an open-top TTS, it’ll cost you £35,380 – putting it in the questionable position of being more than £2k more than a Porsche Boxster.
The car comes as standard with a six-speed manual gearbox; a twin-clutch S-tronic automatic transmission is a £1400 extra.
Daytime running lights, adaptive magnetic ride dampers, 18in alloy wheels, two-tone leather seats, exclusive ‘S’ instruments and aluminium cabin trim are also part of the deal.
