Oh to be fabulously wealthy. Then we could afford creations like this bespoke Maserati GS Zagato.
Based on the outgoing Maserati Spyder, this specially made machine has been built for Italian entrepreneur Paolo Boffi. It’s apparently based on the look of the 1954 Maserati A6 G Zagato.
The Spyder’s wheelbase has been shortened by 180mm, which Zagato says makes for sharper handling.
Despite the shortening, there’s still decent room for two – and their luggage, in the new hatchback.
The GS Zagato is on display at the prestigious Concours d’Elegance Villa d’Este, in Cernobbio, Italy from 20 -22 April 2007.
