The enduring Mercedes-Benz G-class is set to receive yet another facelift, 28 years after it was launched. Among the changes planned for the heavy duty off-roader, now sold as a high end luxury vehicle, is a subtle exterior makeover that includes LED tail lamps.
Inside there’s reworked interior with a new centre console taken from the outgoing C-class and four-spoke steering wheel from the CLS.
The facelift follows the introduction of G320 CDI and G500 models late last year, which were fitted with Mercedes-Benz’s seven speed automatic gearbox. The new G-class will be at the Geneva motor show next month.
