Today we got excited by further news about Audi's hot TT - particularly when we heard it could have a five-cylinder engine. Plenty of Autocar staffers still remember the original quattro's glorious motor and the amazing noise of the rally versions, so we dug around on YouTube and found this clip. It's amateur footage of an Quattro E2 being tested at an airfield, so the picture quality varies. But the sound is fantastic. Every engineer working on the TT S should be forced to listen to this...
