Lamborghini is aiming to take advantage of solid demand for its Gallardo and forthcoming Gallardo Spyder by doubling the number of UK dealerships.
The two new showrooms, operated by Sytner Group Ltd, will open in Birmingham and Edinburgh. The former will be sited at Sytner's showroom development at Fort Dunlop when it opens this autumn - until then, it will operate alongside Sytner's Bentley franchise in the north of the city. Lamborghini Edinburgh will operate from a new showroom at Fort Kinnaird.
The new facilities will join London and Manchester, as well as a service centre in High Wycombe.
'The UK market is extremely important to Lamborghini,' said Lamborghini President and CEO Stephan Winkelmann. 'It is one of our five most significant worldwide markets.'
