Cabriolet version of the Fiat 500byGucci gets an electrically operated full-length soft-top

A new cabriolet version of the Fiat 500byGucci model will go on sale this month.

Encouraged by the 3000 worldwide pre-orders it has received for the hard-top version, Fiat has added an electrically operated full-length soft-top.

Customised by Gucci’s Creative Director Frida Giannini in collaboration with Centro Stile Fiat, the car will be available this month, priced from £17,800 – more than £3000 more than the cheapest hard-top variant.

The 500byGucci will be available in two body colours: white with glitter and brushed chrome-plated elements, and black with glitter and shiny chrome-plated accents.

On both versions the soft-top is black with the characteristic green-red-green Gucci web pattern printed lengthwise.

The Fiat 500byGucci has 16-inch alloy wheels, hub cabs sporting a ‘double G’ logo and Gucci signatures in italics on the tailgate and door pillars. The Gucci theme also appears on the seats, gearbox, key cover, mats, and seat belts.

The passenger compartment is finished with satin and polished chrome-plated elements, a velvet-effect finish on the radio panel, and two-tone leather seats.
