Kia unveils Cee'd VR-7 editions

Kia has unveiled new VR-7 editions of the three-door and five-door Cee’d hatchback which will replace the Strike special edition models.

Both cars will have Euro 5 compliant 1.4 petrol engines with manual gearboxes as well as Electronic Stability Control with Hill Start Assist Control and Vehicle Stability Management as standard.

Styling changes include 16in Style ‘A’ alloys and body-coloured, heated, electric door mirrors.

They are available in four colours: Arctic White, Silver Storm, Phantom Black and Tempest Grey.

Inside, the VR-7 special editions will come with air conditioning, remote central locking, front electric windows and a six-speaker surround sound stereo as standard. Bluetooth functionality is available with an iPod cable.

Leather trim is added to the steering wheel, gearlever knob and handbrake.

Prices start from £11,695 for the three-door 1.4 VR-7 and £11,995 for the five-door 1.4 VR-7. Optional metallic paint adds £415.See all the latest Kia reviews, news and video
