Four-door saloon is powered by a 6.1-litre V8 engine and has suicide rear doors

Bufori will launch a new luxury saloon concept at next month’s Geneva motor show.

The Australian/Malaysian firm has dubbed the car its 6th Evolution Model, or MKVI, although it will be renamed when it’s unveiled at the show.

The four-door MKVI has been in development for two years and features “a beautifully proportioned body that exudes presence and style”. Concept car features include Rolls-Royce Phantom-style ‘suicide’ rear doors. Power comes from a 6.1-litre V8 engine.

Bufori’s managing director Gerry Khouri said, “This new model marks an important milestone in the company's history. The MKVI is our first four-door saloon and we are excited at presenting this more contemporary interpretation of the Bufori philosophy to the world."

Bufori claims production of the MKVI will begin in June and the first models will reach customers by the end of the year.
