Currently reading: Kia extends seven-year warranty
All Kia models will now be offered with the market-leading policy

Kia’s seven-year warranty has been made standard across its entire range.

The warranty is the longest on offer in Europe and was previously only available on Kia’s European-built models, the Cee’d and Sportage.

The warranty applies to all Kia models sold and registered in Europe from 1 January 2010, including the new Venga and Sorento models.

Paul Philpott, Kia Motors Europe’s chief operating officer, said, “We have already declared our intention to become the world’s number one car maker for customer satisfaction and our new seven-year Kia warranty on all models is a major step towards achieving that goal."

Michael Cole, Kia UK’s managing director said that the warranty should be a boost to used values. It will be limited to 100,000 miles and is transferable between owners.

Re: Kia extends seven-year warranty

Its about time other manufacturers follow suit! This is obviously a major factor of how well Kia's private sales are going so well! other manufacturers should take note! Well done Kia
