The four-door Chevrolet Cruze gets a choice of four engines. The are two petrol motors: a 111bhp 1.6-litre unit and a 139bhp 1.8 litre. Two 2.0-litre turbodiesels are also available, with either 123bhp or 148bhp. The car is a key one for General Motors' European firms, since it is the first car to use the next generation of Astra platform.
