This fuzzy teaser image, released by Renault, is the first official glimpse of the new Renaultsport Megane.
The new hot Megane, a replacement for the Renault Megane R26, is due to be unveiled to the public at the Geneva motor show on 3 March. The Renaultsport Megane goes on sale in the UK in the summer.

Although the details are fuzzy, the teaser shot clearly shows the Renaultsport Megane’s unique nose treatment. The shape of its deep front splitter and cross-hatch radiator grille are similar to those of the Megane Trophy concept unveiled at the Paris show last September, but the overall lines are slightly toned down.
The new Renaultsport Megane is based on the three-door Megane Coupe and uses the same 2.0-litre turbocharged motor as the current Megane R26. Power is up, though, from 230bhp to around 250bhp.
