The new Jaguar XKR GT3, cars from the 1980s, Gran Turismo, and much more.

It's all about classic eras this week on MyAutocar. The 1980s is the current focus, and you may be surprised by how many cars fall under that category. Our used car specialist James Ruppert has a garage full of them, including "an E34 5-series which was designed in the '80s, a Land Rover (which is a 1940s design that was built in the '80s), a '60s Mini that was made very badly during the '80s and a Saab 9000 that was designed in the '80s and could also be a Lancia, Fiat or Alfa."So if you've got a 1980s classic, or more likely an '80s wreck, then have a look here and tell us all about it.Meanwhile, you may have seen our video of Jaguar's XKR GT3 on a flying lap around Silverstone. If you like that, then click here to read of what it felt like to be in the passenger seat of an XKR piloted by David Leslie doing 0-60mph in 3.4 seconds.Or perhaps you're more of a virtual car fanatic, in which case the pros and cons of Forza 2 and Gran Turismo will be a subject close to your heart. Perhaps you believe that the Playstation 3 is generations ahead and that Gran Turismo will match this advance. Or maybe the earlier release of Forza 2 on the Xbox 360 gives it the edge it needs. Whatever you think, click here to join the debate. Finally, the Silencer is getting personal. Is Chris Harris the next Jeremy Clarkson? And should those people with advanced driving skills be allowed to drive faster on the public roads? Not if they're Colin Goodwin, apparently. And is Saab the most misguided car manufacturer? Click here to find out all this and plenty more.Have your say on MyAutocar.com.
