Subaru Impreza 2.5 WRX STi

Verdict
In many ways the new STi is better, faster and more exciting than its predecessor. And if the raison d’être of a machine like this is to carry you down the road as rapidly as possible, then it achieves its aims with devastating precision.
But surely Subaru could have fitted slightly softer suspension while also allowing it to hit its dynamic targets? In the event it didn’t, and the STi is very much an acquired taste as a result. Even so, when the mood takes you it’s one heck of a fine fast car.
