Verdict
The CTS is quite a novelty, partly due to the looks, but mainly because it’s a Cadillac that performs well. But sooner or later that novelty will wear off, leaving a car that objectively is little better than the class average. The equipment and performance make a tempting case, but with tough competition the CTS falls short of the mark.
