Road Test

Austin Seven

Test Date 13 April 1928  Price When New £170

Verdict

 9 stars out of 10

The more experience one gains with the Austin Seven the more certainly it seems that this car is, in its way, a miracle, and it is chiefly a miracle because it can do so much and do it well, despite being so inexpensive.
For people who can afford only a single small car for long runs and for shopping, this car is ideal, and its reliability is the equal of any car on the market.
