Skoda started a minor revolution with the diesel-powered Fabia vRS and altered the way we think about performance hatches. Small, diesel warm hatches were an alien concept before the Fabia, but a succession of similar cars from other manufacturers show that demand for these machines is growing. The Fiesta Zetec S TDCi is Ford’s contribution to this new niche.
