There was a time when a glorious Bugatti return to form looked shaky. From somewhere – no one knows exactly where – an enormous pile of money had been dropped into Bugatti’s lap but, several years further down the road, there was still no car. This despite lavish launch parties and talk of a return to racing. But the fingernail chewing is over: as from now you can write out a cheque for £285,500 and a few weeks later take delivery of what some believe might be the world’s most usable supercar – the hand-built, left-hand drive EB110.
